
Maini’s CCC is a one-of-a-kind program in India, wherein we assume the entire responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of the equipment at our customer’s premises. A team of well – trained MMM employees are assigned to the customer’s premises during the contract period. The on-site team ensures that preventive maintenance activities are carried out as per agreed schedule.
Designed in-house and passed through stringent quality checks, our spare parts deliver outstanding performance – always. These parts are manufactured to precise specification; it fits seamlessly into the machine.
We provide a strong backup of spare parts for all our buggies, with our dedicated representatives responding to customers’ request for spare parts within one working day. The requested spare parts will be shipped at the earliest date as communicated by us.
We value our customers greatly and believe in a long-term association. Our endeavor is to constantly upgrade our products, service, systems, and processes. As a part of this drive, we have decided to maintain a centralized login system, so that the service request status is known online to even the highest person in the hierarchy. Timely intervention by the management in the escalation matrix would help in instant service, closing the complaints in a much shorter time.
Our centralised Help Desk operates from the plant premises at Bangalore and is open from 08:30 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs on all days except Sundays and holidays. The calls can be booked through following modes.

Maini’s Annual Maintenance Contract is custom made based on your specific needs. This agreement brings you peace of mind by minimizing the risk of downtime, maximizing the performance and reducing operating costs. Our Engineers visit the customer’s premises as per agreed terms during the contract period to ensure preventive maintenance and regular upkeep of the buggies.
Warranty support includes one maintenance visit every quarter, attending to all manufacturing defects if any, and unlimited breakdown calls* (except accidents and misuses)
